DRIVING SECTION
PERSONELL SOLUTIONS LTD has a dedicated driving section that covers the whole of the UK
with many blue chip clients and national contracts to their name.
We have an experienced team of consultants fully trained in the driving industry and fully conversant with the up to date EEC driving regulations and tachograph laws.
Every driver employed by PSL must have held their licence for a minimum of 2 years
and have no more than 3 points. They must also have been driving regularly during this period
and must be able to prove this by providing references from previous employers.
This applies to all drivers and not just HGV.
At PSL we will always endeavour to match the driver to your needs, whether this is
bulk deliveries, multi-drop, or driver labourers, and who also have knowledge of the areas they are covering. This includes all special requests such as
ADR, Hiab, Drop Body, Roll on Roll off, or any other special requests.
Every driver must be totally conversant with the current driving regulations and at all times adhere to these.
At interview they are given a strict test on current legislation to ensure they understand
totally all rules and regulations involved in driving.
Any driver who does not reach the high standards we demand from employees
or whose references are not satisfactory will not be employed.
Every driver must also be aware of health and safety laws and regulations, protective footwear and a hi-visibility waistcoat are the minimum requirement of each driver.
If any other requirements are needed then we will endeavour to fulfil these to the best of our ability.
Drivers Negligence insurance is available on request.
