PERSONELL SOLUTIONS LTD was first established in 2003 trading as MAL Recruitment Services but
changed its name in 2005 to Personell Solutions Ltd in order to portray a more professional image,
but also be recognisable to the kind of services we offer.
Starting from a single office in Gravesend we have steadily expanded over the last 4 years opening on average a branch a year and now boasting branches in Woolwich, Tottenham, and most recently Basildon where we have also moved the head office and accounts departments.
Personell Solutions Ltd was originally set up by Malcolm Elson the Managing Director who has more than 20 years experience in the recruitment business with an ideal to restore honesty and integrity
back into the Recruitment Industry and he has shared this philosophy with all his employees, with a hope that we can establish old fashioned values and service to all our clients and temps likewise.
We originally established ourselves as an Industrial and driving agency but now also deal in the commercial sector, with a view to further expand into other areas. This though will only be achieved
by us recruiting consultants and managers who are at the top of their game in that particular sector
and have the same ideals as us.
We boast many blue chip companies amongst our current clients including numerous local authorities who rely heavily on our service for the day to day supply of temporary staff in order to keep their contracts running, in the safe knowledge that we run a genuine 24 /7 service and will always do everything within our power to supply the right calibre of staff at the right time day or night even if it is short notice, but likewise having our pledge that if we do not have the right calibre of staff available we will always be honest and turn a contract down rather than compromise our reputation.
We most recently gained our Gang masters licence after a strict audit which was passed with flying colours and also have been awarded gold standard de Poel rating of which their are only around 200 agencies in the country with this accolade. We regularly self audit to ensure that all paperwork and procedures are fully complied with and current legislation is adhered to.
