PERSONELL SOLUTIONS LTD was established in 2003 previously known as MAL Recruitment.
The name change took place in 2005 to portray a more professional image within the industry, and to portray our roll as a solution to all your staffing needs.
The two main directors have over 30 years experience of the industry between them and have tried to incorporate the best practices of other companies they have previously been employed by and at the same time instil the old values of business back into the industry, where putting the client first was always the main priority but also never losing sight of the needs of the temporary worker, what skills they can offer and what sort of work they are best suited to. By doing this we can hopefully instil a better work ethic into them together with the knowledge they are doing a job they are comfortable with thus enabling us to supply you the client with the right applicant for the vacancy you offer.
The Managers and Consultants of PERSONELL SOLUTIONS LTD have also been carefully selected for the skills they can bring to our company, all have come from sales and/or a customer service background with experience of dealing with clients and staff on a one to one basis. Each of our employees has the same overall goal and work ethic as the Directors and believe in going that extra step to ensure every contract runs smoothly and is operated to the best of our ability 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
PERSONELL SOLUTIONS has rapidly expanded in the last 3 years and boasts many blue chip companies amongst its clients. It now has 3 offices open in Gravesend, Erith, and Walthamstow, together with a thriving driving section as well as its on site managed contracts. It continues to go from strength to strength, with more branches opening in the near future building on its current success. This has been mainly achieved by the trust our clients have shown in us secure in the knowledge that we will look after their business as we look after our own, always supply the right calibre of staff at the right time to match the contract concerned, and always strive to ensure we give our clients satisfaction in the service we provide at all times.
Although PSL is rapidly expanding into new areas we are still one of the truly independent agencies in the market place and consider ourselves a family business. The Managing Director is still involved in the daily running of the agency therefore enabling us to keep up with the market trends and change direction where need be without having to go through miles of red tape to achieve this unlike larger agencies.
We can make decisions instantly so you know whether your request is possible or not rather than having the frustration of waiting for answers from Head Offices that seem to take forever, and if it is within our power we will assist wherever we can, and if we don’t know the answer to any of your questions we will find out for you.
We can produce any package however large or small to match your requirements whether it is an on site managed contract or just a temp for holiday cover.
