Personell Solutions was established in 2003 with a view to bringing old fashioned values and traditional working practice back to the Recruitment Industry. We supply a superior service to both clients and candidates alike, remembering that all needs are different and so work closely with both parties to ensure the outcome is the correct one for the client and candidate respectively.
Starting from one office in Kent specialising in Temporary Industrial Recruitment, it was not long before expansion took place and further offices were opened in London and Essex boasting many Blue Chip Accounts, covering all parts of the UK. Expansion not only happened in location, but also further recruitment fields were explored. This resulted in divisions within the Commercial, Construction, Catering and Healthcare Sectors recruiting both Temporary and Permanent staff.
We have also been awarded Gold Standard dePoel Standard and gained our Gangmaster license, as well as more recently becoming CHAS Accredited. We are always looking to gain excellence in everything we do and strive to give a service that is second to none.
Even though the Personell Solutions Group has achieved remarkable recognition as a truly innovative agency, it has never lost sight of it's independence in an industry dominated by multi-national companies. Our company is independently owned and run with the Managing Director's family strongly involved at all levels. We also believe in looking after and supporting all our staff - supplying training and back up where required, to ensure that the managers of each section know the latest legislation and working precincts. We likewise, make sure that they are experts in their own fields so they can pass this knowledge and expertise onto our clients.
We have always worked on the ethos that we would never supply any candidate to any client who we would not employ ourselves, this ensures all work ethics of our candidates, as well as skill levels and above all reliability.
From our humble beginnings we are now currently turning over in the region of £4.6m pa and growing . We know we must never relax and above all, never stop giving our clients value for money and ensuring that our service levels continue to be the envy of all our competitors in the industry.
To this end, we have also recently introduced a Payroll Service to assist our clients who do not have the time or expertise to run their own payroll.
We shall continue our expansion into new areas, enabling us to supply a truly unique and all round service to all our clients.
