Our Healthcare Division
Principle Personnel has recently expanded into the Healthcare Sector and supplies staff to care homes in and around London, as well as the home counties.
We check all care homes that we supply to, as well as checking our own staff.
We are acutely aware that many residents in care homes are vulnerable and elderly with the right to the very best care. We ensure that all carers have a current CRB check, at least five-years checkable work references, and are fully compliant with all the latest rules and regulations surrounding the healthcare industry. Above all, we check that all our carers are true, honest, hard-working and caring people.
Healthcare is a sector that we will continue to expand, but being such a specialist and important area, we want to expand slowly, ensuring we are fully compliant at all times.
We have a registered carer running our Healthcare Division to assess and qualify any future and current employees. We are also constantly training our employees and encourage them to go on external training courses so that they can gain new qualifications as much as possible.
This is a sector that we believe will substantially grow over the next few years and change dramatically as new legislation is introduced to meet the growing demands of an ever-aging population.
