Principle Personnel has continued to move forward opening up new divisions and is now a major player in the Commercial Sector. We continue to offer the same high standards we have within the rest of the company.
Ideally placed in and around London, we exploit fully the commuter belt pulling on all resources to ensure that the needs of our client's are fully met.
Every candidate submits a CV before any official interview. All interviews are in-depth, and demanding. We then carry out further tests, as required, to assess the capabilities (and limitations) of all our potential candidates.
We keep an extensive bank of CVs ensuring that we can, at all times, provide candidates at short notice for temporary or permanent positions.
As a smaller agency, we can offer better terms than many of our national agency rivals, who our often governed by set rates & terms. All our decisions are made at local level allowing us to be very competitive compared to other agencies, but maintaining the extremely high standards we demand.
We will also head-hunt specific candidates, if requested, and have a track record of succeeding where many other agencies fail.
